Publishing standard
Evidence first. Unknowns remain visible.
Each published artifact will identify its evidence cutoff, link to its factual sources, distinguish adopted policy from proposals and interpretation, and state what the research cannot establish. Material corrections will be welcomed and dated versions will be preserved.
The first field brief is in review.
We are testing whether dispersed public information can be organized into something genuinely useful for people who buy, sell, teach, develop, or govern land. Nothing will be published here merely to keep a content calendar full.
